  Bankruptcy Forms - Amended Official Bankruptcy Forms 1 (Voluntary Petition), 10 (Proof of Claim), and 25A (Plan of Reorganization in Small Business Case Under Chapter 11), and new Forms 10 Attachment A (Mortgage Proof of Claim attachment), 10 Supplement 1 (Notice of Mortgage Payment Change), and 10 Supplement 2 (Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses and Changes) are effective December 1, 2011.   PACER Fee Increase - The Judicial Conference of the United States authorized an increase in the electronic public access fee from $.08 per page to $.10 per page effective April 1, 2012, in order to support and improve the PACER system. [10/01/2011]

  Fee Increase - The Judicial Conference approved changes to the miscellaneous fee schedules effective November 1, 2011. In addition to other changes, filing fees for all chapters will increase by $7. The fee schedule may be accessed by clicking here. [10/14/2011]

  Proposed Amendments to National Rules - The Judicial Conference Advisory Committees on Appellate, Bankruptcy, Civil, Criminal, and Evidence Rules have proposed amendments to their respective rules and requested that the proposals be circulated to the bench, bar, and public for comment.
