Revised Chapter 11 Quarterly Fee Schedule - The chapter 11 quarterly fee schedule established by 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1930 (a)(6) is amended

Means Test Forms - Revised Means Test forms are effective January 1, 2008.
The revised forms conform to the new IRS standards, which also take effect on
January 1, 2008.

Bankruptcy Rules effective December 1, 2007 - Various changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 1014, 3007, 4001, 6006,
and 7007.1, as well as new rules 6003, 9005.1 and 9037 are to take effect on December 1, 2007. Particular attention should be paid to 9037
concerning the duty of filing parties to redact certain identifiers.

Counsel using third-party filing software should be aware that their current software will need to be upgraded by this date to
report statistics and other data accurately.

Updated Means Testing Statistics Effective October 15, 2007 - The updated Census Bureau State Median Family
Income figures have been posted on the U.S. Trustee Program (USTP) Web site at: http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/. In addition,
the revised and updated Collection Financial Standards for Purposes of federal tax administration by the Internal Revenue
Service have also been posted.

Local Rules Amended -
General Order 03-07 amends LBR 1015-1 concerning Joint Administration and Consolidation of Cases and adds new LBR 1017-3
concerning the Dividing of Joint Cases. LBR 2016-1 amends the flat fee rule in chapter 13 cases by increasing the amounts
from $2,000 to $2,500 in consumer cases and from $3,000 to $3,500 in business cases,in addition to other changes.
Also amended were some notice provisions of LBR 4001-1. The changes took effect September 1, 2007.

Amended General Orders 03-05 -
The Judges recently signed General Order 02-07 that amended General Orders 03-05 authorizing the Clerk of the Court to sign
ministerial orders. These changes are effective July 3, 2007. General Orders can be viewed by accessing Court Information/General
Orders.

Congress has created a procedure that permits any person to file a complaint in the courts about the behavior of federal judges

Meetings of Creditors location change for Yakima cases -
Meetings of Creditors scheduled in May 2007 and thereafter for debtors who reside in Kittitas, Klickitat and Yakima counties
will be held at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center @ 1507 North First Street, Yakima, WA 98901. The Judge/Trustee
Assignment module is now available.
