Records in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases closed longer than 15 years may have been destroyed pursuant to the Records Disposition Schedule (Guide to Judiciary Policy, Vol. 10). Records in cases that are not included in the categories above can be requested from the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA).
