Please make sure the order you are submitting adheres to the specifications below.
Failure to do so may cause delays in processing.
1) All orders must be submitted in PDF format.
2) All orders must be formatted for 8.5" x 11" paper only.
3) The maximum file size for the order you submit should not exceed 2.0 megabytes.
4) Do not include a line for the Judge to sign on. Our signature stamp will include a line under the signature.
5) Do not include the "Dated this day..." language. Our signature stamp will include the date and time the order was signed.
6) The order must be signed by all required parties prior to submitting it to the Court.
7) The Signature Block Area must be left blank. Signature Block Layout - Sample Order
8) Do not include exhibits/attachments with your order. Supporting documents should be filed with the motion.
