Due to the recent resignation of two trustees from the Spokane panel of Chapter 7 trustees, the United States Trustee will appoint David P. Gardner, a Chapter 7 trustee in the District of Idaho, to serve as the trustee in Spokane Chapter 7 cases. Mr. Gardner's appointment will commence April 2015 and continue until the United States Trustee is able to advertise, appoint, and train a new panel trustee. Meetings of creditors in cases in which Mr. Gardner is serving as trustee will be held on Tuesdays in Spokane.
