The court provides copies of case documents by request to individuals unable to obtain them through Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) or from the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA). The fee for reproducing a document is $.50 per page and prepayment is required. A schedule detailing other service and fees is available here.
Requested copies can be delivered via first class mail, fax or email (restrictions apply).
After your copy request has been received, the clerk's office will contact you with the amount due. Once payment is received, your request will be processed. The clerk's office will accept payment by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
If payment is made by credit card, the card name, card number, expiration date and security code must be provided. The clerk's office does not retain or store credit card information.
