Local Rule 2083-1(o) has been amended to comport with FRBP 1017(f)(3).  When converting a case from chapter 13 to chapter 7 under 11 USC § 1307(a), no motion or proposed order is required.  The debtor need only file a Notice of Conversion using the prescribed text-only entry or local form.  The case is converted upon the filing of the notice.
