The bankruptcy court’s physical facilities are open, however, court users are encouraged to access court services electronically whenever possible. The Clerk of Court and staff are available to answer questions and assist with all methods of accessing the court’s services. Please note, the Clerk's Office is unable to provide advice or any sort of relief. Any relief requested can be done by filing documentation on the docket. Payment of court fees (filing fees and installment payments, copies, recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online via debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account). To make a payment click here or use the link on the court’s website at www.waeb.uscourts.gov > Online Payments. This payment option cannot be used for chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee. Registered ECF users must continue to submit payment through the ECF system.
