The court provides copies of case documents by request to individuals unable to obtain them through Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) or from the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA). PACER is the most efficient and cost-effective means to obtain copies at a cost of $.10 per page. If you accrue $30 or less of copy fees in a calendar quarter, the fees are waived by PACER for that quarter. The fee for the court to reproduce a document is $.50 per page and prepayment is required. Additional fee information is available here.
Requested copies can be delivered via first class mail or email (restrictions apply).
To submit a copy request to the clerk’s office, please fill out the request form, print to PDF and email to: email@example.com. Please allow 24 hours to complete the request. Requests are processed Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
