To receive a login and password to file documents in CM/ECF, complete the steps below:

If you are interested in attending live CM/ECF training sessions, please contact our office at (509) 458-5300. Sessions are available in Spokane and Yakima, and CLE credits are available for eligible attorneys.

Step 3 - Register

Please go to www.pacer.uscourts.gov to register for e-filing privileges. Attorneys must be admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Washington prior to being registered. If you are not an attorney or require limited access, you can register for a non-attorney e-filing account through PACER. If you have questions or need assistance with registration, please contact the PACER Service Center at (800)-676-6856 between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM CT Monday through Friday or by email at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov.

PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS AFTER REGISTERING WITH PACER FOR THE COURT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE YOUR REQUEST. WHEN APPROVED, OR IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING REGISTRATION.
