Proposed Orders in Cases Assigned to Chief Judge Holt – Effective Immediately

In addition to uploading a proposed order via CM/ECF, all proposed orders in cases assigned to Judge Holt must be sent in editable Word format, or in fillable PDF if created from a local form, to  The case number must be in the email subject line and the proposed order attached to the email, along with any exhibits or attachments to the proposed order.   No message should be included with the proposed order.  The proposed order emailed to chambers must be identical to the document used to prepare a PDF file for submission via CM/ECF.  This new step in the submission of proposed orders will increase efficiency in the court’s review, editing, and entry of proposed orders.  Over time, the court will create more text-only orders, which will reduce the number of proposed orders that bankruptcy practitioners must submit​.  If you have any questions or comments, please contact the Clerk of Court at
