Counsel is reminded that in addition to uploading a proposed order via CM/ECF, all proposed orders in all of Judge Holt’s cases must be emailed in editable Word format, or in fillable PDF if created from a local form, to proposedordersholt@waeb.uscourts.gov.  Absent an emergency situation as identified by the court in its discretion, the court will not process orders until it receives the editable document, which could delay the requested relief.  Additional information regarding this procedure is located on Judge Holt’s information tab on the court’s public webpage.
