Pro Hac Vice

Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 9010-1(a)(3), a motion for an attorney to be admitted to practice in a particular case pro hac vice shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court in the style and format prescribed by District Court Local Rule 83.2(c).  Upon notification from the District Court that payment has been receipted for the pending application, the Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office will enter a text-only order on the case docket.

The application fee ($200) is per attorney, per case, and shall be paid directly to the District Court.  Upon payment of the fee and entry of an order granting, the attorney may register for filing access to our court through PACER.  Upon successful PACER registration, a document and/or a Notice of Appearance must be filed in the case to begin receiving a Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF).
